Product Introduction
Stainless steel fermentation tanks are commonly used fermentation equipment in the food, chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries, suitable for fermenting a wide range of microorganisms. The tank body is equipped with a jacket and an insulation layer, enabling heating, cooling, and temperature maintenance.
Product Structure
Stainless steel fermenters consist of three main components: the fermenter vessel, the fermentation control system, and the piping system. The vessel is equipped with an agitator to ensure continuous mixing throughout the fermentation process. The top head of the vessel houses process sensors—most commonly pH and dissolved‑oxygen (DO) electrodes—to monitor changes in the fermentation broth’s pH and DO levels. A controller displays and regulates fermentation parameters as needed. The materials, structure, and layout are fully designed in accordance with fermentation‑system specifications and comply with GMP standards.

The inner tank surface undergoes mirror‑polishing treatment (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 µm); all process openings—such as inlet and outlet nozzles, sight glasses, and manholes—and their welds to the inner tank are formed with a stretched flanging process featuring rounded transitions, ensuring smoothness, easy cleaning, and the absence of dead corners, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and stability of the production process.
