Stainless steel concentration tanks typically consist of a tank body, a jacket, and a stirring system. The tank body is made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability to ensure that the materials remain uncontaminated during the formulation process. The jacket can be circulated with steam or cooling water, enabling heat exchange to heat or cool the materials as needed to meet the temperature requirements of various processes. The stirring system ensures thorough mixing within the tank, achieving uniform formulation.
