Product Details
Product Introduction
The three‑tank split‑type CIP cleaning system is an in‑situ cleaning system designed for food and beverage plants. After use, food‑processing equipment and pipelines—particularly those used in dairy production—tend to accumulate deposits; if these are not cleaned promptly and thoroughly, product quality can be adversely affected.
CIP (Cleaning In Place) refers to an in‑situ cleaning system that enables the entire production line to undergo cyclic cleaning and disinfection within a closed loop, without the need for manual disassembly or opening. It is an ideal method for cleaning equipment and pipelines and has been widely adopted in the food industry—particularly in the dairy sector—and has now been fully automated. Since milk itself is a nutrient‑rich product that is highly susceptible to contamination and spoilage, cleaning is one of the most critical steps in dairy processing and serves as a prerequisite for producing compliant, high‑quality products.
Product Structure
The three-tank split-type CIP cleaning system consists of an acid tank, an alkali tank, a hot-water tank, as well as discharge pumps and various valves, cleaning nozzles, and cleaning pipelines.
Working principle
During system operation, the cleaning fluid is pumped into the pipelines and equipment to be cleaned according to a pre‑set program, and the spent cleaning fluid is then drawn back into the cleaning‑fluid storage tank by a self‑priming pump. Throughout the cleaning process, the concentration of the cleaning fluid is diluted; an additive unit can be used to replenish the fluid with a corresponding high‑concentration medium, thereby adjusting its concentration.
