Product Introduction
An electric-heated blending tank is a versatile industrial device widely used in the dairy, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and beverage industries. It integrates heating, cooling, heat preservation, and stirring functions, enabling the heating, mixing, blending, or sterilization of slurries.
The operating principle of an electrically heated blending tank is to use an agitator to mix the reactants inside the vessel, while a heater and temperature sensor work in tandem to raise the internal temperature, thereby initiating the reactions among the reactant components and achieving the desired outcome. A level sensor promptly provides feedback on changes in the reactant levels, facilitating subsequent adjustments and sampling. Throughout the reaction process, the temperature sensor continuously monitors the reactant temperature, ensuring it remains within a controlled range.
