Product Structure
The stainless steel dispersing and mixing vessel consists of a vessel body, end caps, a sealing assembly, a heat-transfer system, a drive mechanism, a stirring system, and various functional nozzles.
Working principle
The operating principle of a stirred-tank reactor is to place the reaction solvent in the inner vessel for stirring and reaction, while the jacket can be connected to various heat-transfer media—such as chilled fluid, hot water, or thermal oil—to provide circulating heating or cooling during the reaction.
