On January 15, 2023, the 16-ton jacketed heating reactor custom‑made for our Jiangsu customer was completed and shipped, securely strapped and packaged before leaving the warehouse. We wish our customer thriving business and strong sales! Below is a summary of our production process:

I. Overview of the Production Process
Custom Design: Based on customer requirements, we design the structure, dimensions, and heating method of the jacketed reactor to suit specific needs.
Material Procurement: Select stainless steel or other metal materials that meet the specified requirements, along with heating elements, control systems, and other components.
Manufacturing: Cutting, welding, polishing, assembly, and other processes are carried out in the factory to complete the overall fabrication of the reactor.
Quality Inspection: Conduct rigorous quality inspections and pressure testing on finished products to ensure their safety and stability.
Completion and Shipment: The reactor is transported to the customer’s designated location via logistics, followed by on-site installation and commissioning.
