The client company operates a banana industrial park and has committed over RMB 200 million in investment to develop agricultural infrastructure, promote industry‑agriculture integration, advance scientific and technological research, strengthen information‑technology support, and implement the “Three Products and One Standard” initiative. Through these efforts, the company aims to continuously enhance its capacity for industrial development, market competitiveness, technological innovation, and cultural influence, with the goal of establishing Gaozhou as Guangdong’s premier banana‑producing corridor and establishing Gaozhou bananas’ cultivation, marketing, and promotion model as a benchmark for the development of Guangdong’s distinctive, high‑value agricultural sectors.
Bananas are peeled, pulped, and processed to produce a banana pulp. Using this pulp as the fermentation substrate, and based on single-factor experiments, fermentation time, inoculum size, fermentation temperature, and initial sugar content were optimized. Following fermentation in a series of specialized equipment, the product is filtered to yield banana wine.
This project is a key initiative for the client’s banana industrial park, with major equipment including blending tanks, large fermentation vessels, and sizable storage tanks—essential machinery for producing banana wine and fruit wines. Throughout the collaboration, both parties engaged in amicable consultations and advanced together, completing equipment delivery and acceptance in July 2022. During the warranty period, our equipment demonstrated stable performance, with no major malfunctions, thereby providing robust support for the continuous production operations of Gaozhou Shishengyuan Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd.
