The client company has introduced fully automated production equipment, implementing a closed-loop manufacturing process that covers everything from raw material intake and production to finished-product packaging. By leveraging modern information technologies, it achieves graphical precision control and digital data tracking.

 

This project is a key initiative for the production of bio‑fermentation‑related products. The main equipment includes reaction vessels, fermentation tanks, blending tanks, CIP cleaning systems, and storage tanks—essential machinery for microbial fermentation applications. Throughout the collaboration, Guangzhou Maiko Machinery Co., Ltd. provided end‑to‑end support, from conceptual design and equipment fabrication to installation, commissioning, and formal production start‑up. Through amicable consultation and mutual progress, we completed equipment delivery and acceptance in March 2023. During the warranty period, our equipment demonstrated stable performance, ensuring reliable continuous operation of the customer’s production line. Subsequently, we established a long‑term partnership with the customer, continuing to supply additional production equipment and maintenance services.
