The client is a well-known university in Guangdong Province with over fifty years of experience in milk processing. Its yogurt beverage is one of its flagship products, and the company operates its own dairy farm to secure a stable supply of raw milk.
In early 2006, the dairy plant relocated to a new facility located in the North Area of Yuejin Campus. The new plant covers an area of 8,000 square meters, with 2,000 square meters dedicated to production buildings and other facilities. It is equipped with state-of-the-art, fully automated production lines and an air‑cleaning bottling workshop, enabling fully automated operations from manufacturing to packaging. With a designed daily output of 50 tons, the plant can produce over ten product varieties in multiple package sizes, including yogurt, pure milk, and lactic‑acid beverages, thereby meeting the diverse needs of consumers.
Process flow:
1. Set-style yogurt
Fresh milk → Milk clarification → Ingredient addition → Preheating → Degassing → Homogenization → Sterilization → Cooling → Flavoring → Inoculation → Bottling → Fermentation → Cooling → Post-ripening and refrigeration
2. Drinkable yogurt
Fresh milk → Milk purification → Degassing → Homogenization → Sterilization → Cooling → Inoculation → Fermentation → Mixing → Homogenization → UHT sterilization → Aseptic packaging → Finished product (stored at room temperature)
