The client company is located in the Gaochun Economic Development Zone of Nanjing City. Covering an area of approximately 60,000 square meters, the facility has received nearly RMB 100 million in investment and features 20,000 square meters of high-standard industrial buildings, including a 4,000-square-meter GMP‑compliant cleanroom meeting Class 300,000 standards, four fully automated production lines, and a total annual capacity exceeding 10,000 tons. It is one of China’s largest and most technologically advanced R&D and manufacturing bases for natural food resources.
On the basis of a robust FSSC 22000 food safety management system and a comprehensive ISO 9001 quality management system, Customer The Nanjing plant has established a fully enclosed material-handling system, featuring automated, precisely controlled weighing, feeding, and discharging, along with fully automatic CIP cleaning and UHT sterilization systems, thereby achieving complete automation of the production process. Supported by a standardized monitoring framework, Nanjing Huitai has attained scientific control over the entire product lifecycle—spanning product development, raw-material procurement, quality assurance, manufacturing, testing, packaging, and logistics—resulting in a qualitative leap in production capacity, product quality, and management standards.
Bioagricultural technologies represent the most effective pathway to addressing global food challenges while safeguarding the natural environment, maintaining ecological balance, and advancing sustainable development. Our client companies remain committed to a development strategy centered on bioagricultural technologies, leveraging advanced biotechnologies—including flavor‑peptide synthesis, targeted extraction of natural compounds, precision enzymatic hydrolysis, biofermentation for aroma generation, and the production of bio‑based flavorings—to wholeheartedly champion and lead the movement toward natural, nutritious, healthy, and safe food in China.
This project is a key initiative for the production of food additives, food flavorings (in liquid, paste, and powder forms), savory flavorings (also available in liquid, paste, and powder forms), beverages, seasonings, soy sauce, pastes, other food products, yeast extracts, and related items. The primary equipment includes reaction vessels, fermentation tanks, blending systems, CIP cleaning systems, storage tanks, and more. Throughout the collaboration, Guangzhou Maiko Machinery Co., Ltd. provided end-to-end support—from conceptual design and equipment manufacturing to installation, commissioning, and formal production launch—ensuring seamless progress. Through amicable consultation and mutual advancement, we completed equipment delivery and acceptance in October 2023. During the warranty period, our equipment demonstrated stable performance, providing robust assurance for the client’s continuous production. Subsequently, we established a long-term partnership with the client, deepening our collaboration and continuing to supply additional production equipment while offering comprehensive maintenance services.
