Product Introduction
A stainless steel dispersing and agitating reactor is a pressure vessel used to carry out chemical or physical reactions—such as mixing, hydrolysis, neutralization, sulfidation, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, and condensation—that occur during various process operations.
Product Structure
The stainless steel dispersing and mixing vessel consists of a vessel body, end caps, a sealing assembly, a heat-transfer system, a drive mechanism, a stirring system, and various functional nozzles.
Working principle
The operating principle of a stirred-tank reactor is to place the reaction solvent in the inner vessel for stirring and reaction, while the jacket can be connected to various heat-transfer media—such as refrigerant, hot water, or thermal oil—to provide circulating heating or cooling.
